Went to Sunset Bowl on a rainy Wednesday night and was surprised how lively it was without feeling overwhelming. People were coming and going, so it stayed at a comfortable level where you could still talk and enjoy the night. The shoe and lane rentals were well priced, and the place has solid draft beer options and some good appetizers to snack on before games. Great spot for a low-key night out with friends that doesn’t break the bank. Tip: If you’re going on a weeknight when the weather’s bad, get there a little early to grab a lane without a wait.
